Description

We are currently seeking to recruit Care Assistants/Rehab Assistants for both our Elderly Services Division and our Brain Injury Services Division to provide nursing care and rehabilitation support to adults living with brain injury or dementia.

Person Specification

We are seeking people who would enjoy a career in care who wish to progress their career with training. The type of person we are looking for must be willing to work shifts, a team player attitude is also essential.

Experience

No formal experience is required as full induction training is provided.

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required. NVQ II and NVQ III qualifications are an advantage (with pay enhancements). We provide specialist training in Dementia Care, Rehabilitation and Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy, as well as NVQ II and NVQ III training.

Salary: £7.13 per hour for those with NVQIII, £6.84 for NVQII or £6.53 if none (enhancements are paid for weekends and nights)
Hours: Full or part time hours, days and/or nights (full time is 40.5 hours per week, or more depending on shifts)
