Horizon Close & Horizon Centre

Horizon Close offers short/long-term simulated supported living via ten purpose-built bungalows, each with their own front door. Rehabilitation and therapy teams provide different levels of personalised care to enable patients to live as independently as possible. The Close simulates community supported living in preparation for patient discharge. To complement this, Horizon Centre provides a base for individual therapy programmes and social activities in the evening and weekends.
