We assess all patients prior to a placement. To request an assessment, please complete and return the 'pre-assessment questionnaire'. On receipt of the completed questionnaire, the team will discuss the case and arrange to conduct a more in depth assessment. We are happy to travel to carry out this assessment if necessary.

Funding
During the pre-admission assessment, we devise an individual funding package. The admission fee usually includes every aspect necessary to ensure the placement has the best possible chances of success. Under some circumstances, additional fees may be necessary, depending on the needs of the individual; for example if a higher than average observation level or a high input of care or therapy is required.
